We have implemented the following protocols to assist in reducing risk to you. This is how you can help us in this challenging time to maintain the integrity of our service to you and our customers.

First and foremost, the health and safety of our employees, contractors and customers is our #1 priority. We have implemented the following protocol to protect you:

As a company, we are committed to:

  • Increased hand sanitisation practices for all staff.
  • Sanitisation in necessary areas of operation.
  • Implementing social distancing practices for our staff.
  • Adherence to isolation and quarantine if required.

As a Spanline Home Additions customer, we ask that you:

  • Provide early notification of any increased risk of COVID-19 infection in your home.
  • Support the rescheduling of quotes and onsite visits as required to reduce the risk of infection.
  • Contact us via telephone or email if you have any concerns.

Our current infrastructure including administration, sales, fabrication, and installation teams will remain fully operational and can do their jobs entirely as needed.

If the current situation changes, our sales and administration staff can work remotely, and our construction teams will take all health and safety precautions to assure you when completing onsite projects.

Additionally, Spanline Home Additions online infrastructure is well provisioned to handle this situation. We do not anticipate any impact to our network’s performance.

We do not expect any delays in quoting times, approvals, product/materials or installation times. However, if the situation arises, we do appreciate your support to reschedule quotes or onsite projects to best manage this situation.

*A word about our Warranty Conditions. This warranty applies to Spanline branded goods, not to any other products and not to the Workmanship or installation of the goods. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
