Aaron was assigned to my project and encountered some challenges on the day, notably the weather. Despite this, he remained composed, showed patience and did not complain. He made a few visits and fitting off some flashing to complete the project. Very friendly, honest, professional service, affordable pricing, and they listened to what l needed. So together a plan was drawn up, which l was happy with. Communication between myself, Spanline and Jack the Construction Installer was great. Jack and his helper were both very friendly, respectful and did an amazing job erecting my carport. I really want to express my appreciation for Peter from Spanlife ACT. From the beginning, Peter was professional, attentive, and genuinely listened to what I needed for my outdoor project. He worked thoughtfully within my budget and made the whole planning process feel easy and stress‑free. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen financial circumstances, I had to cancel the project after paying my deposit. Even then, Peter remained understanding and respectful.
