Despite COVID causing some delays the final product goes beyond my expectations. The Salesperson was always willing to meet with us and answer question and knew his trade. The build supervisor and builder were unreal and as I said the finished product looks like it should have been there in the original design of the house, it is seamless. I will have no hesitation in working with Spanline Port Stephens when we need to roof our next patio expansion. It appeared I would need scaffolding for a job taking half an hour. However, Spanline's employee Rob called to reassess the job. Using lateral thinking Rob came up with a solution so that scaffolding not needed. He needed help from young employee Noah.The job was completed today in half an hour.
