After a considerable wait and evaluating the competition, I decided to put my faith in Spanline. Aaron was assigned to my project and encountered some challenges on the day, notably the weather. Despite this, he remained composed, showed patience and did not complain. He made a few visits and fitting off some flashing to complete the project. I’m very pleased with the results and attention to detail and only wish I didn’t wait so long to get my carport done

We recently had Spanline install a fabulous glassroom to fill in a deck area that was under- utilised. The result was fantastic and we now have a terrific room addition that gets utilised all year round! One year ago I had a glass enclosure installed by Spanline Mid Coast/ Hayes Home Additions, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! A year on I'm still enjoying the sunshine while being comfortably sheltered. It’s my favourite spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of my home. From the Measure & Quote with Jamie, through to the finished product, the product & installation, is outstanding…. Neighbours have commented on the visual look of the Patio Covering… We’ve had some extreme wet weather lately & I don’t have so much as a drip coming from any area of the patio. & it’s fixture to the house.. We have a very large north-facing deck that bakes in the summer sun and was not very usable. When it rained our front stairs became a waterfall. Jamie from Spanline designed and quoted for a roof to cover about half the deck. This allows winter sun to still get into the house but protects the stairs and front door from rain and gives us a great shaded space to use. He also designed in the option of being able to enclose the space with walls later if we want to. The work was done promptly and to a high standard by the local tradesman and there was no dispute when we changed a couple of details late in the design stage. We couldn't be happier with the result and highly recommend Spanline. Not the cheapest option but definitely worth it for the quality of materials and installation.
