I really want to express my appreciation for Peter from Spanlife ACT. From the beginning, Peter was professional, attentive, and genuinely listened to what I needed for my outdoor project. He worked thoughtfully within my budget and made the whole planning process feel easy and stress‑free. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen financial circumstances, I had to cancel the project after paying my deposit. Even then, Peter remained understanding and respectful. He didn’t show any negativity or make me feel bad about the situation, which I truly appreciated. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to use Spanlife ACT again in the future. Despite it being installed over 20 years ago, he took the matter seriously, liaised directly with the Inspector, and within days I had an amended Building Report. His responsiveness, technical know-how, and genuine commitment to helping me were outstanding. This led to some delays due to Council approvals and travel times, and we had to source our own electrician. The design is great.
