Aaron was assigned to my project and encountered some challenges on the day, notably the weather. Despite this, he remained composed, showed patience and did not complain. Very friendly, honest, professional service, affordable pricing, and they listened to what l needed. So together a plan was drawn up, which l was happy with. Definitely yes I would recommend this company.gerry naujok1 month agoContacted Spanline for carport installation, Matt was out to check measure and quote within a few days, explained the process and offered suggestions for the install location and material colouring. Recieved email with quote and build type very promptly, final measure and material preparation occurred very quickly. Within no time was contacted by Donna that build was organised and would commence on a particular day, the installer Jack arrived as scheduled and had the job complete in 3 days, very professional and absolute quality installation, could not be happier with completed result. This company will not disappoint, they will keep you informed through the whole process, the schedule will be followed without issues, everything is done at good pace, with guaranteed quality by professional tradesmen. At the end the supervisor attends and completes a quality inspection ensuring work is completed to effect standards and ensures customer is happy with final product. While the finished alfresco looks great and we’re very pleased with the end result, the build process itself wasn’t without its challenges. There were some time delays, rectification works, and defects that needed to be addressed along the way. That said, what really stood out was how these issues were handled. Dan, the director, was more than willing to listen, accommodate our concerns, and ensure everything was rectified properly. His approach was professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on making things right, which made a big difference to our overall experience. We also dealt with Chelsea in the sales team, who was an absolute pleasure to work with — friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with from start to finish. Overall, while the journey had a few bumps, we’re very happy with the final outcome and appreciate the efforts Dan and Chelsea made to address concerns and deliver a great result.
