The Bay Breeze Apartments were delighted with their first commercial addition and reached out to Spanline Port Stephens to create another all-weather solution for the side of their restaurant, enhancing their capacity. In November 2024, a Double-U patio was installed just in time for the busy summer season, catering to both locals and tourists visiting Nelson Bay. This new space offers seating for up to 25 guests, making it ideal for accommodating larger groups and hosting functions year-round.

Bay Breeze Apartments in Nelson Bay were looking to take better advantage of their poolside area and create a stylish, all-weather space, where guests could unwind and conveniently access the indoor café.

Using Spanline’s most popular single skin roofing profile, Double-U®, and our exclusive Spanlites® product (to let in more light), we turned this outdoor space into a year-round alfresco haven for guests to enjoy.
