Expansive Entertaining Area

This modern brick home located on the Central Coast of NSW came with an existing entertainment area that flowed into a decent sized backyard. However, the owners found they were regularly looking for a larger space to entertain.

The patio was designed to extend the covered outdoor area using Spanline’s Ezi Struct® insulated roof, which complemented the home’s contemporary aesthetic. Utilisation of the existing concrete slab helped to create a cost-effective solution that significantly enhanced the area’s functionality.

The new patio uses the white and grey colour scheme of the existing building and incorporates oversized posts that add both style and structural presence, matching the new extension seamlessly with the home’s architecture. A large ceiling fan and inset LED lighting ensures the space remains comfortable and versatile throughout the day, no matter the season.

This revamped outdoor area has transformed the backyard into a stunning entertaining area, perfect for hosting everything from intimate family dinners to lively celebrations and ensuring it will be enjoyed for years to come.
