Positioned on a sprawling acreage just north of Coffs Harbour, this impressive residence was designed with relaxed, resort-style living at its core. With multiple rooflines, expansive lawns and a poolside alfresco area, the homeowners wanted outdoor structures that felt architecturally integrated rather than added on, while delivering comfort in all weather conditions.

The Brief

The goal was to create a series of functional, light-filled outdoor spaces that seamlessly connected different areas of the home, enhanced everyday living, and complemented the scale and elegance of the property. Each structure needed to perform independently while contributing to a cohesive overall design and blending effortlessly with the home’s existing exterior palette.

The Solution

Spanline Coffs Harbour delivered a thoughtfully planned, multi-structure solution across the property, completing six individual builds:

• Five custom insulated Ezi Struct® patio structures, including two elevated patios constructed on the second floor, extending the home’s upper-level living spaces
• One architecturally matched Ezi Struct® carport, providing practical coverage while aligning with the home’s existing rooflines
• Spanlites® integrated throughout to maximise natural daylight while maintaining year-round weather protection
• A refined colour scheme of Smooth Cream and Night Sky, selected to seamlessly match the home’s exterior finishes and existing roof colour
• Merbau timber posts, which make a striking difference to the final result. Adding warmth, texture and a premium, resort-style finish that elevates the overall aesthetic

The Ezi Struct® insulated roofing systems deliver year-round comfort – reducing heat in summer, retaining warmth in winter, and providing reliable protection from the elements – while the Merbau posts introduce a natural material contrast that softens the structure and enhances the sense of quality and craftsmanship.
