Set on a beautiful acreage in Borenore, NSW, Nathan’s home already enjoyed sweeping views across the Mullion Range – the kind of outlook that deserved to be experienced every day, not just in perfect weather.

Nathan reached out to our Spanline Orange & Bathurst team with a clear goal: to enclose his existing gable patio and transform it into a functional living space that could be enjoyed year-round, without losing connection to the surrounding landscape.

The existing structure provided a great foundation, but it lacked the protection needed to make the space truly comfortable and usable in all seasons. Our team enclosed the area using Ezi Struct® insulated walls and roofing, seamlessly integrating with the home while enhancing both comfort and functionality.

The transformation has created a light-filled extension of the home that frames the stunning rural outlook. Now, whether it’s a relaxed morning coffee, family meals in the dining area, or simply unwinding in the sitting space, Nathan and his family can enjoy uninterrupted views across their property, all while being protected from the elements.
