Elevated Outdoor Living: The customer resides on a beautiful rural property in the Coffs Harbour hinterland. The house, although it had an existing wraparound verandah, didn’t have an area large enough to hold an outdoor dining set for entertaining guests or to just sit and relax, enjoying the serenity of the property.

Enhanced Living Space: To address this need, we installed a gable insulated patio off the existing verandah, transforming the outdoor space into a versatile entertainment area. The addition provides ample room for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Functional Design: The gable design allows increased air flow under the roof whilst the Ezi Struct® insulated roof panels and closed-in gable ends provide improved temperature regulation allowing the space to be enjoyed in comfort year-round.

Seamless Integration: Set against a backdrop of stunning rural views, the new patio seamlessly integrates with the existing architecture of the home and complements the natural beauty of the surroundings.
