We replaced the customer’s existing shade sails with a permanent weatherproof solution, using Spanline’s Ezi Struct® insulated roofing system, ensuring they can enjoy their stunning ocean view in comfort year-round.

Expanded Living Space: The existing deck was extended and upgraded using Eko Deck providing a durable and low-maintenance surface for relaxation and entertainment.

Elegant Outdoor Shelter: The gable insulated roof offers protection from the elements whilst allowing enhanced airflow under the roof. The elegant roofline, paired with a propeller ceiling fan, ensures comfort even during warmer days, allowing uninterrupted enjoyment of this outdoor oasis.

Scenic Beauty: Set against panoramic ocean views and surrounded by lush gardens, this outdoor retreat exudes tranquillity and relaxation. Balustrades have been discretely incorporated into the design ensuring safety without compromising the breathtaking surroundings.
