The Spanline Sydney team have recently completed this fantastic balcony to sunroom conversion using bi-fold doors to create a tasteful indoor/outdoor room which is perfect for entertaining and creating usable space all year round.
Spanline were able to work with the body corporate to convert a section of the large exposed balcony creating an extra room in the apartment adding significant floor space and value to the property while leaving a substantial sized balcony in place.
