Update from Spanline ACT

2018 was a busy year for the entire team at Spanline ACT. Here’s a little breakdown of what’s been keeping us busy:

Our Design Advisors Scott, Peter & Ted spent the year meeting with new clients, giving quotes, and working with our clients to make their home addition ideas a reality. Travers, our project manager, spent a lot of the time on the phone coordinating all the moving players and pieces for each project and fortunately, there were a lot last year! Our building managers Laurie, Peter Van & Dan skilfully juggled paperwork at their desks and running around on site to make sure all our builders were on their best behaviour (they’re a rowdy but wonderfully hardworking bunch!) and that our clients were happy and informed along way.

Back at the office, Karen & Jane were busy bees as they answered your enquiries, submitted your council approvals and processed your paperwork, payments and requests all the while keeping the office up and running. Our warehouse manager Dom coordinated orders and deliveries to ensure that all projects are completed on time. Our manager Frank supervised, advised, monitored, corresponded, and led the team to tackle this big year.

Two new members joined the Spanline ACT family in November: Brian has come on board as a building manager & Malia has joined our team to assist our manager Frank & take care of customer communications. This year, we have welcomed another new addition to the Spanline ACT family with Julie who has made the shift from our South Coast offices to join the ACT team as our brand new Design Advisor. Welcome to the team, Julie! Big thanks to everyone who made 2018 a success our office staff, building and warehouse teams, everyone at HQ and our franchise head office, and of course, our clients who let us make a difference to their homes in2018. Here’s to 2019 & another great year ahead!
