The Spanline ACT team have been based in Mitchell in the ACT for over a decade. In this time, they’ve received extensive positive feedback from their happy customers.
Unlike their competitors, Spanline ACT, just like many other Spanline franchises, look after the entire process from start to finish*. This includes a free quote, custom measure and design, drawing up the plans, any necessary council approvals and the actual build. Throughout the process, you’ll have a project manager who’ll be your central point of contact, keeping you informed.
Based in Canberra, the ACT team specialise in making the most of the cooler climate. Glass rooms and sun rooms are a particular specialty, with Spanline’s exclusive insulated roofing being ideal for keeping those cold winters out. Glass enclosures are versatile and can be customised for your needs. Some customers choose to add fireplaces and TVs, whilst others use them as a living room extension. Add sliding windows and it converts to the perfect screened enclosure for the warmer months!
In addition to glass enclosures, Spanline also offers decks, pergolas, patios, verandahs, carports and shelters, just to name a few. Because Spanline doesn’t use kits, every design is custom-made for your and your needs, meaning you can get exactly what you’re after.
The Spanline ACT team services more than just the ACT! Canberra, Queanbeyan, Yass, Murrumbateman, Goulburn, Bungendore, Braidwood, Cooma, Jindabyne, Crookwell, Bredbo, Sutton, Captains Flat, Gundaroo, Collector and Royalla also benefit from the Spanline ACT’s service and expertise.
Drop in to their Mitchell showroom at 10/12-16 Sandford Street Mitchell ACT and say hi. They’d love to meet you!
